Izabela Fiala is a veterinary technician and professional cat groomer with more than 14 years of experience in the veterinary field. Her work in a veterinary clinic has given her an in-depth understanding of feline health, behaviour, and welfare, which she successfully combines with high-level professional cat grooming.

After completing her professional grooming education in Zagreb, she opened her own grooming salon in Osijek, where she specializes in cat grooming. Her work focuses on an individual approach, proper handling of cats, and grooming techniques designed to minimize stress for every animal.

During the seminar, participants will be guided through the world of professional cat grooming—from understanding different coat types and their proper care to selecting the right tools, cosmetics, and grooming techniques. Izabela will demonstrate the correct use of grooming equipment, preparation of the cat for grooming, bathing, drying, brushing, and undercoat removal, while sharing numerous practical tips gained through years of hands-on experience. Special attention will be given to safe handling, recognizing common skin and coat issues, and organizing a professional workflow that ensures high-quality service and a more comfortable experience for both the cat and the groomer.

The seminar will be held in Croatian, with the possibility of translation into Slovenian.
